The South Wilton Veterinary Group is happy to welcome new pet care patients to our facility. South Wilton Veterinary Group provides our new clients with convenient online forms. Prior to your first visit, please fill out the New Client Registration Form. If your pet is being admitted to the hospital, you may complete the Patient Admission Form in advance.

We also have a Pet Boarding Form available that you can fill out ahead of time. While we are unable to offer general pet boarding at this time, we do offer medical boarding and bathing services. Contact our clinic for more information about these pet care services.
Payment is required at the time services are rendered or upon discharge from the hospital. A 50% deposit of estimated services is required at the time your pet is hospitalized.
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
While our hospital does not offer in-house financing, we do recommend Citi Health financial services. The Citi Health Card, a low-interest payment option provided by Citigroup, can be used as an alternative method of payment.
